The award winning graduate with specialization in Architectural Design & Technology, Raviv Dozetas is a man from South Africa who has made a name for himself at a very young age of 37. Raviv Dozetas is not just a Property Director but also a blogger. Two other young and dynamic people by name Jibran Hussain, 22 and Hassan Sohail, 24 have joined their hands with Raviv Dozetas Landord to set their foot in the construction industry. Jibran Hussain is a graduate who has done his Civil and Architectural Engineering from Nelson, Lancashire, while, Hassan Sohail is a graduate who has done his Architectural Design and Technology from Gatley, Cheshire. The entire team lead by raviv dozetas has rose to popularity within a very short time. The team is well known and has a very good reputation in the construction field. One of the main reasons why the team has become so popular in a very short span of time is the technology they adopt. The team is known to employ the latest and state of the art technologies in construction. One of the best examples of their exemplary technical knowledge is the recently designed link bridge.
The team has designed the link bridge that connects Peel Park and The Crescent (A6). Raviv Dozetas has also designed a futuristic bridge that runs over the Irwell. The members of the Salford City Council were very much impressed with the design. However, due to some unknown reasons, the project was put on hold for a long time, because of which, the design had been lying in the office for quite some time. But things have started moving now and the bridge would now be constructed as per the design provided by Raviv. The bridge is seen as the one that would connect various communities and bring the people together to improve their quality of life. Raviv and team have designed the bridge with strobes of light that would beam from it so that the people can see the bridge even in the night from a far of distance. Raviv and team first checked for the depth of the river, transformation of the park to construct the bridge and many other factors before finalizing the design. The inspiration to design the bridge in such a way came to Raviv from MediaCityUK and the legendary Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava. Raviv is very happy to have taken this decision to get into the construction field because he very strongly feels that one of the major factor that drives today's economy is property.
